Customer Service Representative

Open to flexible working arrangements - Full Time and Part Time Applicants welcome

Salary - £18,000 per annum (full time) or £9,000 per annum (part time) plus commission

Main Responsibilities:

  • To greet all Hertz customers with a welcoming and professional attitude

  • Ensure all customers receive the WOW experience by offering additional services to meet their needs

  • Meet monthly sales targets by up selling our services to customers

  • Complete all rentals, reservations and quotations in accordance with Hertz procedures and policies

  • Handle all customer queries in a professional manner

  • Answer all telephone calls in accordance with Hertz policy

  • Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by the Managers/Team Leaders

Your skills: What you’ll need for a great journey

  • A valid UK or EU driving licence

  • An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards selling

  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales or retail environment

  • Good English skills, enabling you to be a brilliant communicator

  • You are willing to work on a shift rota basis, 7 days per week and be flexible.
