We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Southampton and Bournemouth Airport teams. Our leaders enjoy growing and training their team as well as the overall excitement of achieving and exceeding the goals set before them. The role: Taking the wheel at Hertz

As a Branch Manager you will motivate the frontline team to achieve maximum delivery of exceptional customer service while also selling additional products that will enhance our customers rental experience and also achieve our incremental sales targets. The Branch Manager will also ensure that every revenue opportunity is maximised by actively planning fleet volumes and labour resources in-line with demand. The Branch Manager will analyse and constantly improve financial performance through capturing all growth opportunities and maintaining low cost levels.

Ensure the delivery of first class service to all our customers with emphasis on revenue maximisation. Promote the sale of ancillary products, optimise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and optimise the usage of the assets of the branch.
