Business Development Manager - Uxbridge
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our UK corporate sales team to support the business through what is a period of substantial growth.
What you'll do
As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for all matters relating to the prospecting, converting and implementation of new business customers with the core focus being to drive revenue growth within your territory. The successful candidate will be targeted to grow revenue in line with UK business strategy and with the involvement of all key internal stakeholders.
The Business Development Manager will also be expected to deliver first class customer service and comprehensive account management throughout the sales process, providing them with a consultative approach throughout
Identify, convert and develop business opportunities
Drive revenue growth in line with the UK Business Plan
Engage with all rental locations from within your territory providing them with a clear overview on your sales strategy
Execute a highly efficient implementation plan, factoring in customer specific requirements.
Strategic prospecting / business development
Exploiting new Market Opportunities
Update prospects / pipeline activity daily through our CRM system
Support key areas of the business when required
What you'll need
A minimum of 2 years sales experience from within the daily rental sector
Candidates to be educated at degree level or a similar level of education.
Good understanding of business practice’s
Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages is essential
Energetic and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tenacious with a “can do, never give up” attitude.
