What is this role all about?
Ensure that technology solutions identified by Hertz are implemented across countries to improve customer rental experience and generate profitable revenue growth in line with marketing and division strategy. The objective is to offer a state of the art customer experience
Implement and develop FastTrack across countries
Create and keep up to date a cross function FastTrack “playbook” to ensure fast, agile and effective deployment as per target
Build a detailed FastTrack operational deployment plan based on a clustered approach
Engage countries Operations/Fleet departments and drive implementation throughout the locations network.
Work closely with countries to plan in car technology installation
Set up ongoing communication with all relevant departments
Improve customer adoption, penetration by segments and transactional revenue volume by liaising with relevant marketing teams
Analyze customer feedback and if needed implement corrective actions to reach quality service/NPS targets.
Provide in depth analysis to monitor progress versus KPI’s and report weekly/monthly results
Implement Connected Mobility innovation initiatives that deliver incremental value to the international division business.
Support and assist in the delivery of the mobility + innovation business plan.
Implement technology solutions leading to touchless service
Investigate telematics data optimization and OEM’s solutions as per company’s strategy to improve customer experience.
Monitor Connected Services impact on operational processes and customer service/experience
Liaise with Security, Customer Service, Continuous Improvement & SQA team to ensure process robustness
Implement corrective actions and identify best practices
Identify new Connected Services opportunities leading to differentiation and profitable
Monitor Connected Mobility landscape and report on digital evolutions, innovations
Identify new mobility partnerships opportunities
Investigate Fleet electrification requirements and implementation in Hertz environment
