Customer Loyalty and Brand Management Assistant

CRM and Loyalty assistant is required to support Hertz customer loyalty and retention efforts.
Working within the CRM and Loyalty team in Hertz International, the CRM and Loyalty assistant will liaise on a project/campaign basis with Engine, Brand, Digital, Product & Innovation, Partnerships, PR and Corporate Sales teams. Additionally, he/she will liaise with external Marketing agencies and with the in-Country Marketing Managers within the region.
Support the CRM and Loyalty team with the tasks stated, but not limited, to the below:
Assist with the delivery of the strategy of Hertz Loyalty Programme.
Ensure accuracy of content related to the loyalty programme across all our touch points, and in particular the Pan-European
Build relationships with the wider organisation: Digital, eCommerce, Marketing, Partnerships and Corporate Sales to ensure revenue and new member acquisition targets are met.
Ensure all the internal stakeholders are timely informed of any changes related to the Loyalty programme.
Coordination of email campaigns with Marketing Agencies.
Support the migration of all existing communications to Salesforce
Content development coordination supporting newly created customer journeys
Assist with commissioning reports and insight. Provide recommendations accordingly.
Actively come up with ideas and solutions to improve results and processes.
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional time management skills - ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time
Good A-level – B or higher - in Maths and English or equivalent
