What you'll do
Support and assist in the delivery of the mobility + innovation EMEA business plan.
Drive and execute mobility and innovation initiatives that deliver incremental value to the international business.
Act as a central key contact for all mobility opportunities inbound.
Create mobility + new product development funnel for Hertz International.
Stage manage mobility + innovation products from concept to pilot handover.
Work closely with the Senior Director + Director of Mobility in Estero and LATAM , APAC key stakeholders on global mobility initiatives.
Act as the deputy lead contact point and relationship leader to all COE’s.
Lead the development of the inbound mobility development funnel at Hertz international.
Collaborate closely with key franchisees around new business models.
Own the key mobility + innovation stakeholder matrix.
Act as a relationship leader to aggressively develop and execute strategic revenue growth initiatives through increased integration with COE’s globally, including Commercial Sales, GSA’s, Marketing.
Develop trusted and effective working relationships with all Hertz regions (NA, LATAM and APAC) to standardize the Hertz strategic position on mobility.
Build relationships with ILT members and all COE leadership to ensure that the mobility + innovation team are well integrated and set up for inclusion in all relevant value add programs and products.
Build lasting relationships with key political agencies within the EMEA region to benefit the Hertz Corporation.
Be the first point of contact for corporate EMEA countries mobility and new products initiatives.

What you'll need
University degree/masters level education
Should possess project/programme management experience
Cultural sensitivity and awareness of behavioural effectiveness in a multi-national environment
Demonstrable experience in large scale negotiations and multi-level relationship management
Sales and/or Marketing experience
Understanding of and interest in global politics, macro-economies, social structures
Sound financial and commercial acumen
Strong ability to construct and effectively communicate simple, compelling and sustainable partner propositions.
Understanding of the key regions within the area of responsibility and their economic and commercial drivers
Knowledge of the global Hertz network preferred but not critical
Powerful persuasion and influencing skills
Logical thinker that designs and follows efficient workflows & processes
