General Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Will need to configure and customize the Salesforce application

  • Ensure standardization of processes throughout region

  • Rollout new enhancements, design dashboards

  • Lead system training, in person and web based

  • Liaise with Data Administrators in IT required changes/enhancements

  • Develop dashboards

  • Conduit for Field requested enhancements, prioritize requests

  • Ongoing training of Super Users in Field

  • Works directly with Global System Administrator to prioritize enhancements, design, and roll out

  • Basic navigation questions

  • Troubleshooting process and system use problems

  • Role conflicts – reports security access issues to the Supervisor

  • Training users in new processes, workarounds, and system transactions

  • Directing users to the Help Desk / support team for issues that they cannot resolve

  • Reporting translation issues; work with Salesforce project team to resolve

  • Escalating issues and working with technical support teams to resolve complicated issues

  • Adopting the values, attitudes, and understanding that will ensure success

  • Channeling user issues to the appropriate support team

  • Reinforcing the support model

  • Providing feedback on how Salesforce is being used

  • Voicing any user adoption-related concerns

  • Reporting issues users are experiencing, and

  • Advising when additional training and/or communication is needed

What you'll need

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)is preferred

  • Business knowledge — Deep understanding of the business to help users relate processes to steps completed in the Salesforce application

  • Organization — Super Users manage others’ time as well as their own

  • Computer literacy — A knack for quickly picking up new system processes

  • Communication — To convey information in a concise and understandable manner

  • Problem-solving — To help and support others perform complex work tasks
