What is this role all about?
This position will support drive the long haul marketing execution across a number of channels, including Hertz websites, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), retargeting and display advertising, digital PR, print advertising, social media, and loyalty marketing. The purpose of this position is to support drive the inbound revenue from long haul regions (North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Middle East & Africa) to Europe. The role will include reviewing and improving execution on a daily basis, and on long-term basis influencing the process for increased conversion and revenue improvement working closely with Long Haul Team Leaders.
Working closely with Long Haul team leaders and agencies to support the strategy and implementation of marketing plans designed to grow profitable revenue and brand recognition.

What you'll need
Bachelor degree in marketing preferred, but will consider equivalent work experience
Support the management of long haul content and special offers, including banner allocation, as well as products & services on all applicable websites.
Support the development and execution of Hertz promotional campaigns across all channels, from creative work and content creation, to implementation and performance reporting
Work with appointed SEO agency to identify growth opportunities and increase organic traffic to the Hertz websites and maximise return on investment.
Work with appointed digital agency to identify and optimise growth opportunities. Implement digital strategy and promotional campaigns for SEM, retargeting and display.
Support development and execution of social media marketing and digital PR strategy together with appointed agency
Manage translations for content where needed
Ongoing monitoring and tracking of performance in all online channels to ensure targets are being met.
Working with the digital performance COE, grow online outbound revenue by implementing digital strategies to build traffic and improve conversion
Liaise with agencies to deliver cost effective PPC, SEO and Social Media campaigns, while working closely with pricing teams to ensure competitive pricing to optimise conversion.
Liaise with all European marketing units to ensure alignment with business needs in each market.
Liaise with multi-functional teams across the organisation to deliver promotions, covering Pricing, Legal, and Customer Contact centres.
Ensure budgets are invested effectively maximising on brand and performance marketing channels.
Oversee all campaign implementation, conduct campaign evolution and provide recommendations for continual improvement.
