Driver and Customer Service Representative - Worcester

Zero hour contract to include weekdays and weekends - national minimum wage plus uncapped commission

The role: Taking the wheel at Hertz

As a Driver and Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional service for our customers and making sure all vehicles are cleaned and checked to company standards. Working within a small team you will oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, fleet management and distribution, pricing and revenue incentives.

Your skills: What you’ll need for a great journey

  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales or retail environment

  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Good communication skills both written and oral

  • Strong Sales Skills, persuasive, "selling" (rather than "telling")

  • Ability to work in a Fast-paced and pressurised environment

  • A "how can I help you?" attitude

  • Must have a full driving license otherwise you will not be considered

  • Flexibility to work· days, weekends and holidays.
